Poor staff in the office

Poor communication and effort from the admin department. Needed work done urgently and they stalled. They also quoted for work, eventually completed the work and then I had to get them in to do more work that they missed. It caused a loss in money for me which I cannot get back now. No apology from anyone. Disappointed as I had previously had a good relationship with the electrician Mark. Won't be using again. Only worried about getting paid.
