Very bad service on A&A solar energy trading as RainSolar projects

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Rainsolar as a company. Although their prices are very reasonable, their after installation service is extremely poor. As soon as they get their payment (that they insist on making it an immediate payment ) they no longer care about the customer. They installed an inverter that does not communicate with the ****le that comes with it. Which means the promised app to monitor the system does not work. Four weeks after installation I still did not receive a COC certificate. In efforts to contact the company the owner Benjamin just makes empty promises of sending the COC certificate. Apon following up the promise he does not answer the calls or rejects them. I recommend that you do not use this company as you will have endless trouble getting anything out of them after installation.
