Stay Away

<p>On the 01/07/2017 I got them out to fix a tap that was leaking at the pipe that connected to it. The leak was not huge but enough to warrent being fixed. They came out and proceeded to cut the pipe and add a new join on, heating it into place.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today the 18/07/2017 the entire tap has come lose from the pipe and is spraying everywhere, called and was told the plumber would contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>He did indeed and told me he couldn't come out till tomorrow to repair but it would cost me again as if the seal was going to leak it would have done it within twelve hours and since it had been a whole 17 days he was in the clear. Further someone according to him must have knocked it and was the tap used for a hosepipe because that could have ****aged it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I repeatedly asked what an out door tap was for if not for a hosepipe and how if it was repaired correctly could someone or something knocking the tap dislodge it when for 18 years the previous seal had lasted.</p> <p> </p> <p>His response not their problem. Shoddy work, shoddy attitude and overpriced.</p> <p> </p> <p>R1140 for 18 days wow, one star is way too good for them.</p>
