Run a Mile... heck run ten thousand miles from this bunch...

Installed some piping outside and through a wall to my fridge. First pass has a leak inside. They tighten the pipe and everything seems OK inside. Outside looks alright and they are out of here like lightning, hooting at me to open the gate while I am still trying to go through everything more thoroughly. Call back 20 mins later to say we have multiple leaks outside and the interior is wet to the touch again and the guy says sorry he dropped off his plumber and can come back on Monday...24/7 my rear. They put no stop **** or valve on the supply so I had dripping water and no way to turn it off except at the main municipal water supply, but that's OK they are happy to come back Monday because it can't be that bad :O Told the guy to just forget about it and I will get someone else to fix it. They didn't even bother to fill the hole in the wall and actually secure the pipe... oh no that was my problem; they don't do that. My advise would be to steer clear of this bunch. No pride, overpriced and quite frankly the worst possible service provider you will ever come across.

So here I am again... After receiving a scalding message and phone call over how I am a **** and we went over it four times... It was twice, the first a leak identified and the second a quick run through barely allowing for any minor leaks to present once pressure had built up. The fact remains that at the end of the day they installed something and there was a fault that presented after they hurriedly left and when calling back immediately after identifying the fault they couldn't care less and would come back on Monday (today is Saturday) despite the representation that they are a 24/7 service and believe me I paid for that after hours service. I don't mean to bad mouth people and I seldom leave reviews even when disappointed, but this service just left such a bad taste that it required a warning for all others who seek an after hours or weekend service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I contacted an alternate service provider and they responded and sorted the problem out immediately at 10 pm. No arguments, fixed the half ****d no valve or stop **** at the initial entry and did it for a thirds of the price. All done in 40 minutes.
