RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

Asked to come and have a look at a geyser. Quoted very high to fix. They charged R730 call out fee which I paid after being threatened to be listed on ITC and told that I would never buy anything on credit again. Rude and abrupt. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from them!
