Poor Service from A247

On 29 July 2024, A247 was called to fix a leak in my sink's wastewater system. A week later, the problem had not been fixed in its entirety. The company insists that I should pay a call-out fee once again for them to fix the problem, taking absolutely no responsibility. The irony is that I called them thinking they were a professional company to fix an earlier problematic installation done by "Legend Plumbers" who installed the sink. This repair was simply the same sub standard quality of work. I just have bad experiences with plumbing "professionals". Going forward I will only use plumbers registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board.
