Poor plumbing contractor

I paid for a service from a company MP & T Montronet plumbing and Trading, the guy doing the job was Mike Saunders, he was hired to replace taps from my main house and granny cottage, he did this job very poor, after supposedly fixing, I was left without hot water, he was recalled and left me with tap valves leaking in my granny cottage, resulting in damage to my cupboards. When I recalled for the the third time he said he is tired. I told him of my concern for my cupboards being damaged and my water bill increase, he said I should have looked in the yellow pages and I should know to use a bucket to catch the water. This was appaulling service I received from him, he was unbothered as he had received the money for his cost of the job. I felt so powerless as I am a widow and perhaps talking to a woman made him feel that he can behave in this manner. I hope this review finds many people and prevents them from going through this ordeal.
