What a **** this company is!

I had a leaky tap in August 2019 and called the company to fix it. The two technicians came and assessed the tap for a few seconds and told me that I need a new tap and the whole job would cost me R 1190. They installed the "new" tap which required a lot of force to close to ensure that no water leaks. I asked them about this and they said that it requires a lot of force because it is new, I should give it time and then it will soften as work as normal and I should call them directly if I get any problems.

Today I just saw that the tap is leaking. I called the company to tell them about this and the owner was rude and dismissed me and said that they only give a guarantee of a month for taps. He then hung up the phone when I tried to explain to him the circumstances of the tap when it was installed.

I am never using these people again and I recommend no one does either.
