DON’T USE THEIR SERVICES

Do NOT use this company. They are extremely ***********. My toilet has been leaking, 2 useless guys came through to have a look at the leak, firstly the guy tells me he can’t do anything because he can’t see the leak - why are you a part of a plumbing company then? Secondly, I paid to replace my ENTIRE toilet and it is still leaking, when I contact the guy who did the work he simply says to me “I’ll come but you have to pay another call out fee because the job was done over 7 days ago” what absolute utter NONSENSE. He then advised, from a video of the leak I sent him that the leak is now coming from the tap. He still has not come out to rectify the issue. They are absolutely useless.
