Don't be fooled by the low call out fee

<p>I was happy with their prompt arrival but feel that they did overcharge for work done.</p> <p>I asked three times for the old replaced parts but got a firm answer that they need them for the insurance assessor. I did not claim from insurance and found that answer a very strange one. I asked to take a picture of the old parts which were apparently already in their bakkie. Benji quickly took a picture for me and sent it. I thus did not get to see either the new parts or old parts.</p> <p>Lessons learned: don't pick what seems to be the cheapest option and do stand your ground especially if it is for something that you really own, i.e. the old parts.</p>
