Day light *******

<p>We had a blocked drain on the Easter weekend. We googled several plumbing services to find that A24/7 quoted the cheaper rate @ R250 call out fee. Additional parts and labour would be extra. Since it was just a simply unblocking of a pipe which we have had done a few months before, this sounded reasonable and we even told them so.</p> <p>When they arrived, and before they even started anything they told us it would cost R250 call out plus R1180 just to do a simple unblock, this was not even mentioned on the phone and of course totally unaccetable. We would never have called them out if we knew this bit of information.</p> <p>When i called the owner to query this ridiculous price, he was extremely rude and ended up screaming at me on the phone indicating that i obviously dont know what labour means and that it is a public holiday (which they failed to explain over the phone)</p> <p>Bear in mind this would literally take 5 minutes of his time.</p> <p>The owner showed total lack of respect, transparency and zero customer relations.</p> <p>This is just plain entrapment.</p> <p>This company should not be allowed to trade or practice based on the many complaints i already find now that i did this search. In future i will certainly do my homework to avoid being a vcitim of businesses like this. I suggest everyone please do the same.</p>
