Beware of A24/7 Electrical & Plumbing

I have got ****med by this so called company. They send David to my house to fix a leaking toilet, a toilet that does not stop running and seems to be blocked. He came, make a quick assessment, quote me R3340 for the job and went to Builders to buy parts. How unprofessional is that. A plumber who does not have a sealant while he is supposed to fix a leaking toilet. He came back and after an hour and within 20 minutes "fixed" the problems. For leaking toilet he quote me for removing the old seal and replace it with a new seal. Only silicone sealant was app**** and the toilet is still leaking. So he bought the sealant and applies it and I have paid R685. He does not want to come back to fix the problem unless I agree that he remove the toilet and install a plastic pipe and I will have to pay for this. The second toilet which he was supposed to unblock, he uses a make shift plunger (which he left here). He also removed the lid on the outside pipe and broke it. I have never ever experienced this - usually the plumber will have equipment to clean the pipes. He charged R785 for this. By the way, I only saw later on, that the outside drains in the street are blocked, not my toilet. I would have gathered that an experienced plumber would notice this. R3340 later and the toilet is still leaking and I am left with a broken lid, which I will have to replace now. Please stay away from this plumbing services, I could not find the website again to verify the number.
