Bad customer service

I phoned them on 25/8 to sort out a problem on the building for it was pitch dark in the evening. I paid R4220.50. It still did not work. I phoned them on 26 Aug..and spoke to David and then to Loutjie they took my call but ignored me and did not even to try to fix the problem. This morning I spoke to Loutjie, the owner son after telling him that it is still not working, he put the phone down in my ear.
