Absolutely USELESS.

<p>Cost an arm and a leg to fix a toilet only to have it break the very next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ignored our requests to go out and fix their mistake and were told that they would go out and fix it only to find out weeks later that they did not even bother.</p> <p>called again with the promise that someone would be sent out.</p> <p>once again, no one even bothered.</p> <p>called one last time to be told that they are not liable and will not fix it.</p> <p>do not waste your time and money on such pathetic service.</p> <p> </p>
