A24/7 electrical and plimbing is absolutely pathetic

<p>I called A 24/7 electrical and plumbing for an electrical compliance certificate. They came out on saturday the 15th of July. I had to call them numerous times before he actually reached my place. The appontment was at 11am and at 11.15 when I called to find out where they were there was a rude lady Chantal who said she would call the technician to find out where they were and call back. She did not bother calling back. I had to call to find out where they were. They found 2 petty things wrog and coated me R685 excl vat to change a light fitting!!! I found thatbvery expensive and the technician said I can get another electrician to do. I paid him R1026 just for the inspection. He then said when im done with the repairs i could call them back with a R250 call out fee plus R185 reinspection before I could get a coc. I called in on Monday saying thatbthe repairs are done. Now the extremely rude, screaming Chantal is pushing back and forth saying i must wait for the owners before she can make an appointment for them to reinspect as I was not allowed to get my ny own electrician. Then why would the stupid technician tell me that I could. So now they going to play around and try to rip me off but I am not going to let them get away with this. They have rude, *********** people working for them and want to rob people off their hard earner money. Please do not ever support them.</p>
