Zapper payment problems

Payfast is a good way to make payment but pls remove ZAPPER from your options they are making you guys look bad.

made a payment to 3rd party using payfast and zapper Bank - payment successful payfast - payment successfull zapper - payment failed 3rd party - no payment received

pls assist to resolve this matter.
