WORST SERVICES FROM PAYFAST

I submitted documents for three weeks to be authorized in becoming a merchant, I did not receive any feedback. I tried logging in the dashboard so that i could perhaps check if the feedback has been placed there, then realized that it needs an authentication code which they are supposed to send to my email but yet there's nothing, even on spams. I contact payfast livechat to assist, they keep on saying it will be resolved after 4 hours. This is my third day trying to check with them, NO RESPONSE, NO REMORSE! I eventually thought to try their phone, NO RESPONSE ALSO! I've never felt so defeated like i have at this point!
