Worst service ever

Worst customer service ever! Used their services to pay for a Takealot order. Funds deducted from my Capitec account and payment "not received" by them or so they claim. Due to it being an online automated service, it doesn't give me an option to resend the POP even though funds were deducted and proven to them by sending them my bank statement and giving them a trace number I obtained from Capitec directly. Now I not only have money that has been deducted and not transfered I also have to deal with the back and fourth emails from Takealot staff requesting for the same information day in and day out. To be honest I don't know who's service is worse.
