Worst customer service
Poor customer service! I have been trying to get hold of payfast customer service line since 26 December trying to get my money back! I placed an order and used the payfast payment option, but payfast deducted the money from my account and never transferred it to the merchant. I have been calling and calling for the past 48hrs and the only feedback I have gotten is a generic email.
