WHY USE PAYFAST

I have purchased something online and mad use of "PAYFAST" believing that if you make use of a service like this you have a backup when you have an issue regarding your purchase but to my bad ….. sorry doesn't work, so my QUESTION: why make use of companies like PAYFAST - why do they offer a secure service if it's not true?? Are most companies out to **** people? I need people to be aware of this!!! Lets make use of companies like "PAYPAL" rather because they assist and make sure your money gets refunded.
