Waste of time. Bad Service.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! All of a sudden my clients' payments stopped processing and you said FNB HAD a problem with OTPs but how is it that I was still having issues??? and then you tell me its the bank's fault and I must contact them but you don't even give me any information. I signed up with YOU and had no communication with my bank now I don't even know where to even start to find someone at FNB to help me. Also some card payments arent working. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! I waited weeks for an initial response for someone to help me but now I will just change to another payment system.
