Waiting 11 days for refund to reflect
After a legal battle with a ***** supplier that was paid using Payfast, they triggered a refund 11 days ago but it still hasn't reflected in my account. I logged a ticket but no response. From now on, I will make an effort to avoid using Payfast to pay for anything online
