very dissapointed

I bought something which was on special, paid through payfast, i experienced an error which normally happens especially when banking with standard bank, but i sent proof of payment,, still no response, this is now a second day, usually they respond to emails within an hour. it is frustrating because the money has gone off my account and the special was supposed to end on the 25 September but the merchant has kindly agreed to extend it for a few days.
