Very bad service of Payfast

The Payfast service is quite disappointing. I can’t understand why so many website owners choose to use their services—perhaps it’s because their paygate product was introduced to the market earlier. I’ve sent several email inquiries seeking support for issues with my Payfast account, but they take two days to respond, and their answers are often unhelpful. When I try to call, they rarely pick up. If I do get through, a representative usually asks about my issue but then quickly puts me on hold without any follow-up.
