Very bad customer service

On the21July 2020 i done a payment on payfast for Cool ideas for WiFi I had my query seen to by Coolideas they say they cant do anything as payfast did not send the money to their account as yet. I have send my bank statement to payfast nd still no reply can someone please help as i think this company's is taking our hard earn money and make us beg for service.
