Verification always pending
I had to realise that I would have issues with payfast when it took two weeks for verification. I changed my banking details and now I don't have access to funds due to verification pending again. No response from queries leave you wondering if you can trust this business

Once an account is fully verified, any changes made to the account will render the account back to an unverified status for security reasons. Please confirm your merchant ID so that we can look into the re-verifying the account as quickly as possible. Looking forward to your response.

05 Jan 2023, 08:58You reply publicly pretending that you going to help resolve the issue asking me for my merchant ID. A day later nothing was done. The little faith that I had that payfast could be a viable platform to help grow my business is now gone. Your service and customer relations is pathetic. I would advise other businesses wanting to grow to look for other platforms because payfast is a small business killer
