Useless frontline Staff

What an unprofessional, arrogant, *********** and shady bunch. Watch out with paygate. They change details like your login details without ever notifying you at all. We had no communication from these people at all and yet they just changed such important details. When we complain and request a call at a certain time, we are met with *********** front line staff such as Roche’ Kriger. Not only did this person not call and we had to contact them, but they just end up putting the phone down in your ear if they don’t like what you have to say. What an arrogant useless individual. We would like the contact details to the CEO of paygate as this Kriger individual is refusing to transfer us to someone more competent.
