Useless.

They advertise a 3 day turn-around time for document verification, after countless messages, emails, and facebook inbox messages all saying "we have escalated this matter to our onboarding team" nothing has come of it! I am still sitting with an unverified payfast account for over a month and cannot make sales. I would say shocking service but you actually have to provide a service in order to be bad at it, so all i'll say is uselss.
