Unwilling/unable to verify account

Pay fast are holding over R30,000 of mine, and even though I have resubmitted verification documents twice, they will not release the funds- its now been over 2 weeks. There is no contacting them by telephone, and have not rep**** at all to 2 tickets lodged by email. This is totally unacceptable,even during Covid times.
