Unreliable and worst service by Payfast.

Their service is the worst, i changed my business banking details. Their website cannot upload the documents. I logged a call (#630866) and i has never been attended to. I have phoned them 3 times and told about about a backlog and i must wait for their compliance department. The worse part is that I still have to wait a further 2 days after they finished with the documents.

I would not advise any small business like me to join them, I dont know how to pay for services to deliver this order to my client. None of them are prepared to assist. If they cant assist me in 2 days I will be opening a ******** case.
