Unhappy and angry client

Payfast is delaying paying my momey of R399 which was deducted on the 4th Feb 2022. They keep sending emails and i sent them my bank statement showing them there was a double debit.

Today they still take money from me which i am getting really mad.

I spoke too a few people and nobody can assist me all they say they need to get the finance department involved after i sent them all information required.

If there was a name i could associate with Payfast believe me you wouldnt want to hear what it is.

Maybe this post i will get a better response from PAYFAST
