Unexpected result
Payfast received my complaint regarding a merchant who received my funds and tried to dodge the delivery of the goods. I understood there might be no recourse as Payfast is merely the facilitator, but they took my evidence and followed up with the company. I was refunded,.and hopefully that vendor learned to behave with knline purchases.
