Unauthorized order cancellation

My order transaction was cancelled yesterday in the middle of a transaction at takealot using eft payfast, and money was debited twice from my account. I tried calling but your customer service phones were off. To top it all of, none of my emails were responded to. This is *********** and unprofessional of you guys.
