Think twice before using Payfast as your payment distribution service for your company

I ordered 4 fit bits through a company called Surprize me and paid for it through Payfast. I have never received a tracking number and they don't have a contact number. Emailed numerous times, no response. I have reported this to Payfast on the 3rd of April, they promised they will look into it at come back to me. Since then I have been following up with Payfast to no response. Surely there is a review process when signing up new clients to make use of your payment distribution service, They signed up ******** and I lost my money. Now they ignore me.
