They protect ********!!!!!!

I got ****med by a merchant from payfast then when I alerted them they took time responding. I opened a case against the merchant and I asked for the merchant's details but they told me that they can only give it to the investigator. Indeed he requested for the details about a month ago. They have been telling him that they can not trace my transaction then he sent everything to show the transaction. Now they just will not respond.
