Theft

I have been trying to get hold of Payfast for the past 24 hours with no luck, to clear payment that went off my account yesterday but "hasn't cleared" on the merchant's side. no reply to the email provided and no answer when you call them... The merchant cant do anything either as they need confirmation from Payfast. isn't this lovely?!!
