The worst customer service

I've done a visa application through Vfs. And they don't allow us to do instant eft. I've used my card to do the payment. And I haven't received the pop. I contacted with them, paygate says they have automated system and they can't provide proof of payment. I do not understand, the payment is done and their system didn't send the proof of payment. And I will not be able to proceed with my application.
