Thank you PayFast

Worst service ever! From Jumocart, BUT EXTREMELY EXELENT for PayFast I was looking for a product on the internet and saw Jumocart.com with a 3 to 5 day delivery. I thought by myself this was perfect.

So I ordered online and paid. A week went by... A month went by and I started to follow up. No one answered any of my emails, and there wher no telephone number on the website only a physical address. When 6 weeks had past and nothing received, I send an email to Payfast and requested a refund.

Out of the blue a lady Amina Abdool email me and said ny parcel arrived at the JHB depot from overseas and that I would receive my tracking number the next day.

3 days later I emailed her again and requested the promised tracking number, but yet no response.

Finally I had enough. I emailed Payfast again even send them the email that I received about the tracking number. The following day, a very friendly and assisting employee of Payfast send me my tracking number.

2 days later I FINALY received my parcel.
