Terrible service

I'm another one waiting in vain for documents to be verified and getting no response on email and empty promises when phoning the call centre. I don't know whether its just incompetence or they're running some kind of a **** here? I really wish I'd read the hellopeter reviews before signing up with them, it would have saved a lot of time and tears.
