Terrible customer service and they allow companies to **** people

I’m really disappointed with Payfast, they were meant to reverse/refund payment. I have logged many calls, sent emails to support with no response. We’re approaching month 2 now. I also don’t get how they still support ******** at Eco Essentials after so many bad reviews from customers. Like how do they (Eco Essentials) still have an account with PayFast? When all they do is **** money from people. I’m livid! I’ve also tried to call PayFast for payment reversal with no luck. Basically all you get is an automated audio response. They basically don’t care!
