Terrible customer service

Terrible Customer Service!!!!!

I have been having issues with my Payfast account for a few weeks.

Not accepting calls and every email I sent I receive a “resolved” email when absolutely NO contact was made to actually sort out the query! This is now getting in the way of my child’s education and Their customer support processes are **********. I lost my bank card which has a debit order through Payfast on it (for the school payment) and now I cannot change the card details due to this debit order being linked to the card. The system is far from user friendly and this experience has definitely left a bitter taste with regards to this business. I shall not use it again and never recommend it. After 3 weeks of trying to sort this out, I am now left with no choice but to actually cancel my son’s online school and find a new school all due to the lack of service from Payfast!!!!
