Takealot and PayFast

Payed for my takealot.com order via PayFast. Payment was processed but orders not processed,didn't even get a confirmation from takealot. Been trying to sort the issue out since the 29th of June and all I'm told is about errors and told to wait it out. Till when I don't know. Very disappointing service from both as it takes hours to get a response from takealot and the response isn't even helpful. I'm truly frustrated by the lack of clarity I'm getting from Takealot! Either I get what I ordered or a refund
