Successful refund

I had a non-Delivery issues with an online merchant, after a long wait and countless messages with the merchant, i asked the merchant for a refund they where quite resistant and unresponsive so i when straight to payfast.

Payfast was able to get my money back within a week and kept me in the loop and up to date through out the process.

Thanks payfast for the awesome work, i almost thaught i lost quite abit of money!
