Still waiting for account verification after 1 year.

Please do not bother using this payment gate. I have been waiting for over 1 year for my account to get verified. I've contacted their team and they did not get back to me I swear they don't even bother checking their emails. I'm with Yoco now and closing my Payfast account. The bad service is actually laughable when they have strong competition. So if you're in the same situation, simply switch to another service because you WILL NOT get any help at PayFast
