Slow service which shows no improvement

I'm a regular online shopper. Quite a number of suppliers are ony using Payfast as payment method. While this was a good service a few years ago I have encountered delays several times now. These delays vary from hours to days. Until I have to send proof of payment and ask them to clear the transaction manually. What's the point then? I've reported the problem previously and encountered the problem again today. This has driven me to the point of avoiding suppliers that don't use alternative payment methods.
