Payments released after 48 hours, except when payments are received on a Wednesday after 12h00, which means they have to work on a Friday afternoon.. and weekends they don't work, so your payment will only be released on a Monday and then they request vetting documents before payment is released. When you ask them to explain, they hand the call over to another person without telling you they are doing it, and the whole conversation starts again. I very quickly looked for and found an alternative (and cheaper) solution for receiving online payments. Also, don't bother sending an email. The responses are automated, signed as if sent by an individual, not addressing your query and if you reply to that email, you will get the same automated reply. Very easy and efficient sign up process and user friendly website and that is where it stops.
