Service not rendered

Poor service I had never expected, i done payment of merchant to payfast my items were never delivered, seems that merchant, Emporio Milano doesn't exist, they don't even have contacts numbers, i tried to engaged with Payfast for assistance my efforts were fruitless, they advises me to go and open a ***** case with police and I must also lodge a dispute with the bank were as the bank indicated to me it must be payfast who must resolve this matter because it was me who did the transaction money was not ****** from my bank account, I though I was protected when transacting through payfast channels because they are vetting merchants who are doing business with them, finally they stated they can't assist me if the dispute is not lodge by the bank whereby the bank refuse to do that, what a shame...
