Refund on double payment

I was purchasing online and used payfast and a double amount was debited from my account and both my bank and my supplier have confirmed that the money is such with payment as it had left the bank however did not reach the supplier.Ive requested a refund more that a month ago together with my details and bank statement and no one has contacted me.
