Refund for take a lot order paid via payfast

I paid for my take a lot order via payfast and my order was cancelled from take a lot because they did not get the order from pay fast. I sent them several emails, they didnt respond t any of my emails, no money receipt confirmation, no communication. Their service is very poor. I want my refund.
