Refund Errors

The most annoying and *********** people to deal with when it comes to getting a refund. I ordered on Superbalist and paid via payfast, the money came off my account immediately but they never paid Superbalist and they had to cancel my order, almost a week later and now they are refunding me the incorrect amount because they are deducting one of my Takealot orders off my refund, even though I paid my Takealot order via debit card and it has come off my account and the 2 orders have absolutely nothing to do with each other. I paid both these orders myself, why Payfast is deducting it off my refund makes no sense. So annoying to waste my time to sort this out.
